This is to certify that B/O MARLE SADANAND SURESH, Is A Preterm 1 Kg Male Baby, Immediately After Birth, The Baby Developed Severe Respiratory Distress With Cyanosis And Was Unable To Breathe Spontaneously. Due To The Critical Condition, The Baby Was Shifted Urgently To The Nicu For Emergency Management. Continuous Cpap Respiratory Support Was Initiated To Maintain Adequate Oxygenation And Stabilize The Baby's Condition. The Baby Remains Critically IIl And Requires Continuous Oxygen Support, Intensive Nicu Care, Intravenous Antibiotics, Essential Medications, And Repeated Laboratory And Radiological Investigations. Being A Premature Newborn, The Baby Is At High Risk Of Life-Threatening Complications Such As Respiratory Failure, Overwhelming Infection, Apnea, And Other Complications Associated With Prematurity. Close Monitoring And Uninterrupted Treatment Are Essential To Improve The Baby's Chances Of Survival.
