B/O OF HARSHADA BACHHAV This is to certify that baby of Harshada Bachhav age 4 Days Old, male baby weighing 1.9 kg, is admitted in our NICU with severe respiratory distress, tachypnea, and hypoglycaemia. On evaluation, 2D Echo suggests small Atrial septal defect (ASD) with moderate PPHN, with Septicemia is taking treatment in NICU at Nashik. The baby is on HFNC support since admission and is still continuing. The condition requires ongoing intensive care management. Baby needs respiratory support and NICU Stay.
