Baby is suffering from very Preterm, extremely low birth weight, respiratory distress, HMD, Hypotension probable Sepsis, apnea of prematurity anemia of prematurity, and unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia.
The baby will require further NICU stay for 1 Month
