Donations

All donations made to Child Dream’s Social Foundation are final. As a non-profit organization, we rely on the generosity of our supporters to fund our projects and programs. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for any donations made through our website, events, or any other fundraising campaigns.
However, if a donation is made in error or you experience any technical issues during the donation process, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Event Registration Fees

In the case of event registration fees, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event for a full refund. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, no refund will be provided. Exceptions may be made for certain circumstances, such as medical emergencies, at the discretion of Child Dream’s Social Foundation.

Refund Processing

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10-14 business days of approval. Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. Child Dream’s Social Foundation is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or third-party payment processors.
